
I am Loni Paul, and sharing the life-changing experience of yoga is my passion.
The intention of my teaching is to create a comforting, respected, yet adventurous space for beginners and devotees alike. Our sessions are designed for you to explore and celebrate your unique abilities and potential with creativity and compassion. My goal is for you to step off the mat feeling invigorated, refreshed, and restored!
Together we deepen and personalize your practice through an array of yoga styles. We’ll combine energetic vinyasa with slow-flow movements that build strength and achieve balance. Dive deep into the inherently meditative calm of yin yoga poses that stimulate the energy flow of the body’s meridian and improve flexibility. Restore and rejuvenate through the unique whole-body sensory experience of SPA Yoga® or the restful respite of Yoga Nidra.
An avid traveler, I also lead yoga retreats locally and internationally that are specially created to revitalize and energize you. Designed for small groups, participants experience days infused with yoga and meditation, as well as adventure and memorable meals featuring each region’s distinctive cultural cuisine.
The practice of yoga has helped me tremendously in achieving a state of well-being and overall health, and I am so grateful to be able to share its transformative power to nurture body, mind, and soul with you! I am an E-RYT-500® instructor with a 300-hour advanced certification in Yin Yoga, Meditation, and Traditional Chinese Medicine with Josh Summers at the Summers School of Yoga and a 200-hour training in vinyasa flow yoga. I have also completed advanced studies in nutrition, and am a Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider (YACEP®) currently serving on the yoga teacher training staff at Naked Feet Yoga.
