Loni paul yoga
Sharing the life-changing experience of yoga is my passion. The intention of my teaching is to create a comforting, respected, yet adventurous space for beginners and devotees alike. Our sessions are designed for you to explore and celebrate your unique abilities and potential with creativity and compassion. My goal is for you to step off the mat feeling invigorated, refreshed, and restored!
Loni is one of my favorite Yoga instructors. She's very good and I love how she explains the 'purpose' and/ or origin of a pose. I always leave her classes feeling lighter in spirit and more physically flexible. Recommend Loni without hesitation.
